Congrats on the new business, exciting times!

The thing that makes you great is that you are extremely approachable and make a complicated task of buying a house (particularly for first home buyers) easy to understand. You take the time to step people through the process.

Brett Hill – Treated Pine Distributors, Caloundra

I/we have been using Peter for all our business and personal finances for the last 2 years.

By utilising Lamb Financial it has not only freed up my time by not having to chase banks for the best deals and attending meeting after meeting, but I have also found that Peter has the skills and knowledge to negotiate and successfully implement better deals and rates than I have been able to previously.

Whilst these points are important, Peter also understands my business and personal goals and keeps in touch with our Accountant and us, to ensure the best end result.

Since being introduced to Peter, there is no way I would try to take on the task of dealing with banks directly and highly recommend his services to anyone looking for an improved way of reaching their financial goals.

Rob Sendall – Williams Hall Chadwick

Peter has been assisting me with my personal, my business and with my clients for over 20 years in developing and implementing finance and banking strategies.

His no nonsense commercial approach to banking is a breath of fresh air at a time when loyalty from the banks to its clients is a distant memory.

Peter is not just a banker, he is my trusted advisor and link to the banking sector.

Sam Morris – SFM QLD

Here is what you are good at:

Traits
. Reliable
. Knowledgeable
. Trustworthy
. Experienced

What you do better than others:

Contactable and provide regular feedback and updates on the progress of applications.
Convert ‘bank speak’ into easy to understand plans for clients.
Use your network of professional advisors to overcome any challenge for small business, or work in with the clients existing ad IRS or same.
Use your knowledge of the taxation and banking systems to provide structured and tailored solutions that suit each client’s needs and requirements.
If I was to put it into one sentence – you help clients and potential clients grow their wealth personally and financially.

Ryan Marschke – GRC Quantity Surveyors

Your services take the hard work out of initially sourcing the most competitive and appropriate finance deals. Then your ongoing support, guidance and strategic financial advice helps me to make my money work harder for me (ie puts more money in my pocket).

I get comfort knowing I have an experienced broker/financial advisor working along side me.  I could not have made the financial transactions I have made to date without you.

You are the right man for the job when somebody like me needs someone they can trust.

I am very time poor, so I like the fact that you don’t need too much of my time to make great things happen.

You offer a very personal service.  What you say, is what you do. I like that you make yourself available day and night to assist.

You are very proactive.

Your fees are modest for the service that you offer.  I don’t ever feel like I’m ‘on the clock’ when I’m with you.

You always provide ‘value’.  We don’t ever meet up or have a conversation where I don’t walk away with solid outcomes.

Laurence Harding

Why do I bank with you?

There are several strong reasons why I do.
Up the top; and I’m not sure which is first, as the top few go together.
First, you understand your clients’ wants and needs.
You seem to be able to grasp what the end game is more quickly than ‘ordinary bankers’.
There is no ‘banker speak’ in your vocabulary.
You say it as it is.

This is what I personally respect and admire; within a short conversation we both know roughly where we are.
This gives me, as a businessman, a clearer path as to what direction.
Do I pursue this path, or should I change tack and look at another way of doing or approaching the project.
I really appreciate the extra work that I know you do.
I go to you with what I need to achieve. You come back to me with how it can be achieved.
You do all the extra work (I’m talking here about all the associated paperwork that flourishes these days within our banking system). As a businessman this is the last thing that I want to do. I want the result, not the Magna Carta rewritten.

That is why I follow you Pete!  So it’s not your good looks after all.

Good luck in your new venture and please feel free to use me as a referee.  I would be happy to speak with anyone if you would like.
